ROB ROCK To Perform Florida Gig, Continue Work On Sophomore CD
September 18, 2002Former IMPELLITTERI frontman Rob Rock and his band will be playing at the Lost and Found in Longwood, Florida on Friday, October 4th. The band will hit the stage sometime around 11:15 p.m.
"Even though we are in studio mode, we like to play out every 6-8 weeks if possible, to keep in touch with our friends and fans and to have some fun playing 'live'!," states a message on Rob's official web site. "Come on down and join us!"
With regards to the recording process for the follow-up to Rob's critically-acclaimed Rage of Creation solo debut, the band stated: "We are in the guitar and bass tracking stages now for the new Rob Rock album and have completed the drum tracks with Reynold Butch Carlson. As of now, there is no official release date set. There will be some special guests on the album, as well as performances from Rob's touring band in Orlando, Florida. The album is filled with high energy melodic metal songs and will carry on with the intensity and direction of Rob's debut solo album Rage of Creation."
